Chef Robert Berry, formerly the Executive Chef at The Restaurant at Peninsula Ridge, has started The Bleu Turtle which offers personalized catering of fine food that come straight to you, the customer, in your own choice of venue. The Bleu Turtle can create a custom menu for private dinner parties, weddings/wedding rehearsals, BBQs, breakfasts/brunches, lunches, cocktail parties or corporate functions/retreats.
You can have as little or as much input into your menu as you desire.
If you wish to plan your menu step by step with me or you would rather have Chef Rob prepare a menu for you, The Bleu Turtle can accommodate your needs for a casual or formal event. The Bleu Turtle will personalize the menu and service to fit your wants and needs.
The Bleu Turtle has a unique approach to catering as it comes to the customer’s venue and prepares fine cuisine to that of the customer’s specifications. It is also unique because it caters to intimate numbers, as small as 6 people for a dinner party. The Bleu Turtle can create menus for 3, 4 or as many courses as you wish. Tasting menus are also available.
