The Bleu Turtle Breakfast Bistro is focused on being innovative with food and on sharing Niagara’s amazing array of fresh and local produce, whenever possible, with locals and tourists. At The Bleu Turtle, Chef Robby bakes bread daily and prepares his own foods such as spreads, mayonnaise, ice cream, soups, pancake mix and desserts. The meats and vegetables are roasted on-site.


It is with heavy hearts that we share the sad news of Adrienne Berry’s passing. Tuesday, we lost an attentive friend, a loving mother, and a supportive wife. She will live on in the family and friendships she has left behind. Over the past four years, she fought cancer with dignity and grace. We will miss her smile.

We are currently collecting resumes. We are looking to expand our team by  1 – 2 experienced line cooks.

Candidates looking to apply should have experience working in a fast paced restaurant, baking knowledge and a safe food handlers certificate. Smart serve and own transportation are assets. We are looking for someone to grow with our team.
